Article 17: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of his goods to assert his right of withdrawal. The return transport of the product(s) subject to the withdrawal is the responsibility of the customer. Any withdrawal must be made via the pre-filled form made available on the site at the bottom of the page. The product must be returned intact, as a whole and in its original packaging, to the address indicated by the consumer service of BAMBISOL SAS Only products returned as a whole will be taken back, in their original packaging complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.

BAMBISOL SAS has a period of 14 days from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal to proceed with the reimbursement of the goods, it being understood that the reimbursement may be deferred until the recovery of the goods or until the buyer has provided proof of shipment thereof.
